You'll start at 4000 feet facing Mt. Rainier. Perform 360 degree steep turns to the left and then to the right using the mountain and heading bug (set to 140) as reference points. Maintain a 45 degree bank throughout the turn. Be sure to roll out on the 140 degree heading. Use Mt. Rainier as a visual clue to help you rollout, but be aware that there are other mountains in the area.
